Perfect for my 3 year old and my 6 year old, Your Big Backyard is one magazine that doesn't sit around unread! The activities are fun and the stories are entertaining. I use each issue to instill a love of reading in my little ones! My oldest one especially likes to cook her recipes that we find in the magazine. We play the games, we make the crafts and we read the stories, over and over and over again until the next issue finds its way to our home. I love this magazine!

I often give this as a gift to friends with young children. They always say how great this magazine is. And for this type of magazine - this is a good price. For older kids - look at Ranger Rick from the same organization.
