| Runner's World
The wonderful thing about Runners World is that its not just about running. Its the perfect magazine for a family with 1 member who runs day in and out (my 40 year old mom), and three non-running members who read it anyway because of the health articles. In one issue, the magazine talks about calorie-packed foods, the need for hydration, and obese children. My mom liked an article that discussed how to prevent distracting thoughts in order to become a stronger runner. I guess she doesnt really like thinking about school lunches and laundry while shes running.
