Once upon a time, there was hardly any magazine that was exclusively designed and created for the African American woman. Today, there are various magazines of this genre but Today’s Black Woman tops it all. This lady who’s in my Black History class talks about it all the time. She says the magazine is sensitive to African American women’s needs and discusses relevant issues that have an impact on their lifestyle. She said you get to read about health, fitness and nutrition, money, life improvement strategies and fashion and travel. I borrowed her copy and read it. I agree 100%! I now am a subscriber!!
