This is an outstanding magazine. It contains a lot of information that will guide an experienced runner and a new runner to be good at running.    Permalink

For Runners and Non-Runners Alike, 3/10/2006 3:20:14 PM
The wonderful thing about Runner’s World is that it’s not just about running. It’s the perfect magazine for a family with 1 member who runs day in and out (my 40 year old mom), and three non-running members who read it anyway because of the health articles. In one issue, the magazine talks about calorie-packed foods, the need for hydration, and obese children. My mom liked an article that discussed how to prevent distracting thoughts in order to become a stronger runner. I guess she doesn’t really like thinking about school lunches and laundry while she’s running.    Permalink
