Conventional wisdom says girls are made up of sugar, spice and everything nice. Well, that's the formula Professor Utonium was working with when he set out to create the world's first perfect little girls. Everything was going according to plan until he accidentally added a mysterious fourth ingredient called "Chemical X." When smoke from the ensuing explosion cleared he had the Powerpuff Girls.
