I love this magazine. This magazine has helped me shop for all the right foods that my body needs. I usually get a lot of sweets, and basically foods that are not good for me. After reading this magazine I have a different outlook on food. Permalink

My aunt was recently diagnosed with diabetes and the doctor told her that if she didn’t start exercising soon, he’ll be on her case. She’s now in a fitness and nutrition regimen. Since she started her weight loss and strengthening program, she’s become stronger and more flexible. She said she has Oxygen partly to thank. The magazine was just the oxygen she needed to put life back into her lifeless muscles and her brittle bones. I read one issue and I was impressed. No wonder she won’t lend it to anyone!
