| I asked the manager of our gym why he didn’t have a copy of Pilates Style Magazine, and he assured me not to worry. The women kept nagging him about it that he finally agreed. He said it’s one of the better exercise magazines he’s read (and he’s read a lot of these fitness magazines). It focuses on Pilates, the news and workshops around the country and abroad, the latest techniques and the various kinds of equipment. It also has sections on nutrition, skin care after all, shouldn’t a fitness and health magazine be balanced and complete? Permalink |
