Fit Yoga provides a lot of information to people interested in alternative forms of exercise. They have the latest information on yoga, Pilates and more. There are several forms covered in Fit Yoga. The magazine is very positive and very informative. They have great pictures of poses and they have helped me learn how to practice yoga at home.
