It all started to go downhill when I turned 40, until I discovered Men's Health. I don't know where I'd be if it weren't for the positive, motivating articles that are full of practical guidelines for men just like me! I'm now fitter than ever, based on the fitness and nutrition advice and I feel healthier than I can ever remember feeling. Plus, some of the articles have helped me to improve my relationships and let go of the fashion rut that I was stuck in. If I could only read one magazine each month, this would be it.
