There was a period in my life when the medication I was taking was making me more ill and not making my condition (premature arthritis) any better. The thing I like about it is that it doesn't have too much mumbo jumbo and contains practical advice on complementary strategies for most of today's health problems. It also has a health tip for the day, is rich with health news, and even has lists of alternative/complementary practitioners.
