My Mom has a subscription to Prevention magazine. On Sundays, we go visit my parents. For the past couple of months, I have been flipping through her Prevention magazines and finding a lot of great information. It reminds me of Reader's Digest because of its size and its solid content.
I use to think Prevention was a magazine for seniors but not anymore. Anyone can benefit from their well written and researched articles. The size is great, too. It fits well into my purse, so when I have a few minutes waiting for something or someone, I can read my magazine.
Prevention articles go into depth on how to do things and don't just gloss over or spill the same rhetoric on subjects like exercise and weight loss.
Useful information and alot of it is packed in each issue. Permalink |
